Chakras
What is a Chakra?
Chakras are energy centres within the human body that are believed to govern both physical and emotional well-being. Traditionally rooted in Indian spiritual practices, there are seven primary chakras aligned along the spine, starting from the base and extending to the crown of the head. Each chakra corresponds to specific qualities, such as grounding, creativity, and communication, and is associated with particular organs and systems in the body. The concept suggests that when these chakras are in balance, individuals experience optimal health and harmony; conversely, blockages or imbalances may lead to various physical or emotional issues.
