Returns
We want you to love your order! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for most non-custom items. Please make sure your item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging.
Customers cover return shipping unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect—if that happens, we’ll take care of it right away. Just email us at peacetree1111@gmail.com or reach out to us here within 5 days of delivery with your order number, a short note about what you’d like to return or exchange, and photos if there’s any damage.
We will get back to you within 1–2 business days with the next steps. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
